Terms of Service.
Effective July 20, 2026. These terms cover offloadmytask.com and the services of Offload LLC, doing business as OffLoad AI (“OffLoad AI,” “we,” “us”).
The short version. Use the site honestly. Paid work is governed by the written agreement we both sign — that agreement wins over this page wherever they differ. Our tools draft and organize; a human on your side stays in charge of what gets sent. We stand behind our work the way the signed agreement says, and we’re straight with you about the rest.
1. Using this website
The site, the Quick Audit calculator, and our content are provided for your information. The calculator’s output is an estimate built from your inputs and conservative assumptions — it’s a starting point for a conversation, not a promise of results. Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to break into anything, no using our forms to spam us (we’d notice; ironically, we build tools for that).
2. Paid engagements are governed by signed agreements
Diagnostics, builds, running tools, and retainers are each covered by a written service agreement signed by both parties, which spells out scope, price, deliverables, timelines, and any guarantee. If anything on this page conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Prices and offerings shown on the site can change; what we’ve signed with you doesn’t change unless we both agree in writing.
3. What our AI tools do — and your part
- Our email tools organize mail and stage drafts. They are built without the ability to send email or delete anything. A human on your team reviews and sends. That human step is part of the design, not a limitation to apologize for.
- AI-generated content (drafts, summaries, classifications) can be wrong. Review anything important before you act on it or send it. Where our tools flag something as uncertain, they leave it untouched for a person to decide.
- You’re responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you connect, and for your own compliance obligations in your industry. If you’re in a regulated field, tell us — we have a specific track for that, and we won’t process live data until the required agreements are in place.
4. Ownership
You own your data — your email, your contacts, your business information. Configurations, prompts, and tools we build for you are governed by your service agreement (our standard: you own what was built for you and can take it with you; we own our underlying platform, templates, and know-how). The OffLoad AI name, brand, and site content are ours.
5. Honest limits
We test everything in our own shop first and we stand behind our work as the signed agreement describes. Beyond what’s in a signed agreement, the site and its content are provided “as is”: we don’t warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue. Nothing here limits what the law says can’t be limited.
6. Third-party services
Our tools ride on providers we choose carefully (listed in our Privacy Policy). If one of them changes an API or a price, keeping your tools running through that change is our job under an active retainer — that’s the point of it.
7. Ending things
You can stop using the site anytime. Ending a paid engagement follows the signed agreement. When an email-tools engagement ends, we disconnect access and delete service data per the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
