Diagnostic.
No charge unless you move forward, then $500 credited toward your build. One to two weeks getting inside how your business actually runs: where the calls land, who chases the invoices, what gets dropped on the floor at 5 PM. You walk away with Your Offload Plan, a written report of prioritized leaks, a ranked list of agents that would fix them, and the ROI math against your real numbers, whether or not we ever build together.
Build.
The 90-Day Build Partnership: $1,750 a month for three months, or $5,000 flat, with your Diagnostic fee credited. We build your first agent on OffLoad AI infrastructure (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Make, Twilio, and any tools you already run on), tested in our own shop first. Custom prompts, your voice, your guardrails, your integrations. Your first tool is typically live within two to three weeks, and you walk away with a 6-to-9-month roadmap for what comes next.
Train.
One session, recorded. Plain English. We walk you and your team through what each agent does, how to flag a problem, and where the logs live. No certifications, no manuals to read. Your office manager and your field crew both walk out knowing what changed and what to expect.
Tune & Stay.
Once it is live, your tool runs from about $200 a month, maintained and improving. Add Stay Connected at $500 a month and we are on call, we review the business every quarter, and you get first look at the next opportunity. When a tool changes its API or an AI provider updates its pricing, that is our problem, not yours. You understand exactly what it does. We keep it running and improving.
