The Two Bars

Break even in 90 days. Cut your costs in half.

Both are measured against a baseline we agree on at kickoff: what you're paying today, in dollars and hours, for the task the agent will replace.

How The Math Works

Worked example, plain numbers.

A real-shaped example, using the Ignite tier (3 agents, $4,000 setup + $499/mo retainer). Your numbers will differ. We pin yours down during the Discovery Audit.

  1. The baselineYou currently pay a virtual assistant $1,800/month to handle invoice follow-up, missed-call return, and customer review requests. Annual baseline cost: $21,600.
  2. What the agents replaceInvoice Agent, Customer Support Agent, and Review Generation Agent take over all three workflows. Your VA stays focused on the work you actually want her doing.
  3. Year-one investment$4,000 setup + ($499 × 12) = $9,988 total. Less than half what the manual workflow was costing you.
  4. 50% cost cut$21,600 ÷ 2 = $10,800 max acceptable cost for the work to count as a 50% cut. $9,988 clears that bar.
  5. 90-day break-even$1,800/month × 3 months = $5,400 in recovered cost. Add the typical recovered-revenue uplift from missed-call recovery and faster review collection, and break-even lands inside 90 days for most shops.
If We Miss It

We keep tuning. At no extra cost.

The retainer keeps running because the agent still has to run, but we don't bill another setup hour until the agent hits both bars. We tune the workflow, retrain the model on the failure cases, and adjust the routing.

i

Day 90: structured audit.

We pull the agent's logs, recompute the savings against your baseline, and compare to the standard. Pass or fail, you get the full report.

ii

If we missed it: tuning sprint.

Two weeks of additional build work, on us. We adjust the agent, retest, and either retire the agent (refunding the setup) or relaunch it on a fresh 90-day clock.

iii

If we miss it twice: full setup refund.

If after the tuning sprint the agent still hasn't cleared the bar, we refund the setup fee in full and retire the agent. You keep the data and the documentation.

iv

In writing, every time.

The promise is in every engagement we sign. You'll see it in the agreement before you pay a cent of setup. No hidden carve-outs.

Stop hedging. Start measuring.

See what the math says for your business.

The 60-second Quick Audit gives you a conservative monthly savings estimate against your inputs. The Discovery Audit pins down the real baseline. Both are signed against the 90-day standard.
