Privacy Policy.
Effective July 20, 2026. This policy covers offloadmytask.com and the services of Offload LLC, doing business as OffLoad AI (“OffLoad AI,” “we,” “us”), Upstate South Carolina.
The short version. We collect what you give us and what we need to do the work — nothing more. We never sell your information. Our email tools can read, sort, and draft, but they are built so they cannot send your email and cannot delete anything. When we use AI providers to do the work, your content is processed to serve you and is not used to train their models.
1. Information we collect on this website
- What you send us. If you fill out a form, book a call, or use the Quick Audit calculator, we receive what you type: typically your name, email, phone, business name, and what you tell us about your operations.
- Calls with AImee. If you talk to our AI phone assistant, the call is processed and transcribed so we can follow up. We’ll tell you it’s an AI on the call.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, pages requested). We don’t run advertising trackers.
2. Our email tools, and what they can never do
Our Email Operations service connects to a client’s inbox (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) only after that client signs in with their own provider and approves the access. With that permission, the tool can:
- read incoming mail so it can sort it;
- apply labels or folders, and mark messages as read;
- move true junk to the Spam folder (recoverable);
- stage reply drafts in the client’s Drafts folder for their approval.
Just as important is what it is built never to do:
- It does not send email. We never request the send permission from Google or Microsoft, and the software contains no send function. Every reply stays a draft until a human sends it.
- It does not delete anything. There is no delete function. The strongest action it can take is a recoverable move to the Spam folder.
- It does not sell, share, or advertise with your email data. Ever.
Google user data. OffLoad AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. In plain terms: Gmail data is used only to provide the email service the client asked for — sorting, drafting, and reporting to that same client — and for nothing else.
3. How AI is involved
Sorting and drafting are performed by a commercial AI provider (Anthropic) under an agreement that does not permit your content to be used to train their models. Email content is processed to produce the classification or draft, not stored by us beyond what the service needs to function. For clients in regulated industries (healthcare, legal, financial), we arrange the required agreements — including a Business Associate Agreement and zero-data-retention AI processing — before any live email is touched.
4. How we protect it
- Sign-in happens on Google’s or Microsoft’s own pages — we never see or store your password.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Each client’s service runs in its own isolated instance: no client’s data, credentials, or logs are reachable from another client’s system.
- Every automated action is reported to the client in a daily digest — nothing happens silently.
5. Who else touches the data
We use a small set of service providers to run the business, each only for its job: our website host (Netlify), application hosting (Railway), the client’s own email provider (Google or Microsoft), our AI provider (Anthropic), our booking/CRM system, our voice-agent provider (ElevenLabs), and — if a client chooses it for their digest — Telegram. We don’t sell data to anyone, and no one gets it for advertising.
6. Keeping and deleting
We keep business records (contracts, invoices, correspondence) as long as the law and good bookkeeping require. Service data for an email client — configuration, learned sender lists, processing state — is kept for the life of the engagement and deleted when the engagement ends or on request. To ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, email grant@offloadmytask.com — a real person reads that inbox.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We won’t quietly weaken it.
